Requirements for Visa Application Form Investor "Applicant Company"

This visa must be requested directly by the applicant.

Requirements:

1. Admission application form.
2. Explanatory memorandum to the Director General of Identification and Immigration.
3. Photocopy of the first page of the passport, which shows their data.
4. Proof of status of the company granted by the Superintendency of Foreign Investments (SIEX).
5. Foreign Investment Registration issued by the Superintendency of Foreign Investments.
6. Registration of the company.
7. A passport size photograph in front.
8. Fiscal Information Registry (RIF and NIT) of the applicant company.
9. Proof of Registration in the Ministry of Labour of the applicant company.
10. Fiscal stamps by UT
