Application Requirements for Transient Labor Income (TR-L)

Requirements:

1. Admission application form.
2. Reason Director General addressed to the citizens of Identification and Immigration, on letterhead of the Company.
3. Photocopy first page of the requested valid passport, which shows your data.
4. Labor permit requested, original and copy, issued by the Ministry of Labour.
5. A passport size photograph in front of the request.
6. A photocopy of your valid identity card of the applicant.
7. The applicant company notarized authorization granted to the representative to perform the procedure before this Office, which is indicating the requested data.
8. JOB OFFER notarized with repatriation clause.
9. Photocopy of Registration of the Company or constitution.
10. Tax stamps for 4U.T + 0.01 UT.
11. Manila folder size trade.
