Requirements for Electronic Passport Issuance Requirements

1 .- Adult Venezuelan by birth (Article 32 Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, paragraph 1)

• Original and photocopy of the Identity Card

• Original and copy of Item Birth or Filiatorios Data
• Identity data that appear in the passport must be identical to those of the identity card, so if the data in the system are not correct, should be submitted as applicable:

- Widow (er): certified copy of death certificate or date

Birth, Full Name, Country of Birth must provide an original birth certificate and copy.

• Children and Adolescents and Naturalization Venezuelan Normal Procedure:

If a parent naturalized National Plan (from 01/01/2004):

5.- Circunstancias Especiales (Deben consignar adicionalmente a lo recaudos antes mencionados, los que se describen a continuación)

o En caso de falta de consentimiento del padre o la madre, el solicitante (padre o madre), deberá presentar una autorización emanada del Tribunal de Protección del Niño, Niña y Adolescente competente por the territory.
