Change in marital status
Requirements:
Casado (a):
• certified copy of marriage certificate just in case of marriage conducted abroad must be legalized by our duly apostille or consular representation.
• Fill out the form "Updating and correcting data" provided by the official. Divorced
(a):
• Original and simple copy of the divorce decree.
• If the divorce took place abroad, the statement must be certified by our consular and apostille, and once in the country should request the enforcement order.
• Fill out the form "Updating and correction of data" provides the official.
Widow (er):
• Certified Copy and photocopy of the death certificate of the deceased.
• Copy of valid identity card of the applicant and of the deceased.
• Fill out the form "Updating and correcting data" provided by the official.
Data Correction: Error in
date of birth, names or surnames:
Requirements:
• Birth Certificate. In case of foreign-born, the birth certificate must be legalized by our Consular Representation, or apostille.
• Official Gazette or certificate of naturalization (if naturalized).
• Fill out the form "Updating and correcting data" provided by the official.
Adoptions:
Requirements:
• Certified Copy of Birth Certificate.
• Copies of valid identity card of the parents. Objections
