filing requirements of the Porte de Armas FIRST Safety Marks 1 .- Acquire ON for procedures to the Porte de Armas in DAEX or Cavim, it has a value of two (2) plus VAT tax units (B 170.24) See information procedure side.

2 .- Fill the application form for permission to bear arms.
3 .- Include two (2) photos from the front, two (2) photographs and two right profile (2) recent photographs of left profile, color, size 5 x 5 cm, dress formal, white background, without glasses and no hat.
4 - Include proof of work.
5 .- Photocopy of identity card, current and enlarged to 150%.
6 .- Attach photocopy of the invoice (Nitida) or other document evidencing ownership of the weapon, as applicable (notarized affidavit).
7 .- Attach an original letter of residence issued by the Competent Authority of the town (the Communal Council accepted).
8 .- Attach an original, two (2) personal references signed, indicating the home address, work phone and photocopy of identity card of reference extended to 150%.
9 .- Attach the original certificate of having passed the Basic Course Operation and Use of Chemical Weapons for the Porte de Armas de Fuego, made by a licensed and certified instructor by the Directorate General of Arms and Explosives (DAEX) .
10 .- Psychological Attach Certificate to Porte de Armas (CPPA), given by psychologists in the military medical units, anywhere in the country (GNB RECOMMEND Clinic located in the Paraiso - Caracas).

11 .- Medical examination, which determines the fitness of the applicant (profile 20), performed in any laboratory at national level.
12 .- Lacking Porte de Armas, you must request permission to transport the weapons from their current location to Cavim-Fuerte Tiuna or Cavim-Maracay for corresponding ballistics register. This must be done through the official website of the Directorate General of Arms and Explosives (DAEX)
